world of Mother Earth, carries sacred spirit or sexual
energy: plants, the earth beneath our feet, trees, flowers,
rocks. In our view, sensuality should be part of every
aspect of life, even a simple activity such as walking on
the Earth’s skin. There should be a feeling of oneness
with everything around us, which is an essential
component of our sexuality.
Most of us in the modern world have lost this sense, which is why we feel sexually deprived. If you want to increase your sexual energy, you must reconnect with the Earth and the wildness of Nature. Open yourself to feeling creation energy surging through your body, mind and spirit.
To increase sexual desire, go out into Nature, the
world of Mother Earth, and create your own personal
ritual of sacred sexuality, either alone or with another. For
this ritual, you need to find a special, private place where
you feel safe. The wilderness is best, but if you don’t have
access to it, your own backyard or rooftop could be a good
start. You should be performing your ritual once a month:
either on the full moon to celebrate longstanding relationships
or on the new moon to spark the creativity of
something new. Look around you and engage with the
Energies of “Love” from Mother Earth to you.
