as a way of activating one's higher self in unison with a supreme energy.
Tantras
Written scriptures founded thousands of years ago in India by women of a secret sect; "originally called Tantrism. Women were thought to possess more spiritual energy than men; consequently, a man could attain realization of divinity only through sexual and emotional union with a woman. Still practiced in a variety of forms in India, Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet and the USA, rituals include eye gazing, breathing practices, anointing with oils, bathing, dance, food sharing, positions of sexual power, and maithuna (controlled sexual intercourse) or Latin coitus reservatus: intercourse without male ejaculation. The most sacred phrase expressing Tantric worship is Om mani padme hum, the Jewel (penis) in the Lotus (vulva).
Chuluaqui-Quodoushka
A Medicine Wheel approach, based on the concept of a sacred hoop of the Native Americans, integrating the body, mind, feelings, spirit, and sexual life force energy. Using sexual energy as the catalyst to transformation and enlightenment, this once secret tradition had been kept alive through practices taught by a Fire Medicine Person. In my Me'tis tradition, we see sex as the life force energy that flows through the galaxy. Everything in the world around us, which is the world of Mother Earth, carries sacred spirit or sexual energy: plants, the earth beneath our feet, trees, flowers, rocks. In our view, sensuality should be part of every aspect of life, even a simple activity such as walking on the Earth's skin. There should be a feeling of oneness with everything around us, which is an essential component of our sexuality.

If you want to increase your sexual energy, you must reconnect with the Earth and the wildness of nature and open yourself to feeling creation energy surging through your body. The wilderness is best, but if you don't have access to it, your own backyard or rooftop could be a good start. You should be performing your ritual once a month: either on the full moon to celebrate longstanding relationships or on the new moon to spark the creativity of something new.
